Readiness 360

Our Readiness 360 team is made up of members that are also a part of the larger church Visioning Team.

Readiness 360 is a church program that will help us multiply our kingdom impact for God.  We are learning what our strengths are and where we might be stuck. This program is designed to help an church shift directions, sometimes in small but significant ways that produce enormous consequences over time. Every three months we attend trainings with many other churches in the program and once a month we meet with our coach, Faith.

We are very blessed to be able to participate in this program free of charge because of our conference.

What have we done so far?

• Attended 4 all day workshops at other churches in our district
• Meet monthly with our coach Faith
• Put on a community Treasure Sale
• Held a church picnic open to the community 
• Held a church service dedicated to informing the congregation about Readiness 360 
• Surveyed our congregation
• Starting a new monthly fellowship night called 1st Fridays

We meet every 1st and 3rd Sunday after church in the Sunday School classroom. Please feel free to stop by and say hi!
